What wine goes with duck?

Rich, fatty duck is Pinot Noir’s best friend. Red Burgundy or Oregon Pinot is the classic; Bordeaux and Nebbiolo work with heartier preparations.

The rule: Duck is red meat in disguise: use red wine with acidity.
